RADAR Update

The second data capture deadline for RADAR testing will be Sunday, February 14th.  A detailed schedule and testing protocol will be posted to the ROWONTARIO website on January 8, 2010.  This will only be the Ergometer Testing Battery portion of the program as the winter weather prevents us from rowing!

WHO should submit a score:  All athletes that receive OAAP funding must submit score results.  In addition, any athlete wishing to be considered for an entry in the 2010 NRC should submit score results.  Please note, the testing is not designed for U17 athletes.

WHY February: The February date is works well as a capture date as University athletes will have transitioned in November/December and Ontario athletes will be back training for a month prior to the capture date.  This will give a good base point measurement to compare against in September and ultimately may be used for future carding criteria.  For example, one should expect an increase in score in the ergometer performance in September relative to the results in February.

Note: Performance at the 2010 CIRC can be used for the 2k submission.
